Biografía: 
Profesor Asociado en la Universidad de Santiago de Chile desde el año 2008.  Obtuvo su título de Químico y grado de  Licenciatura en Química en el año 1998. Actualmente, es Doctor en Ciencias Exactas mención Química en el 2005 de la Pontificia Universidad de Chile. 
Realizó su Posdoctorado en el Laboratorio de Aguas, Ingeniería Hidráulica y Ambiental en la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2005). Posdoctorado FONDECYT(2006-2008). 
Lineas de Investigación: 
  • Desarrollo de metodologías analítica para la determinación de metales  pesados y compuestos orgánicos aplicando técnicas electroanalíticas  utilizando electrodos modificados con nanomateriales.
  • Estudio del efecto del agua  de mar en el proceso de flotación de minerales sulfurados
